IStraFX's Web
servers collect all the standard usage information that is
included in the NCSA extended/combined log format. IStraFX
uses this information internally to track usage of our site
and performance. Because some of our advertising is served
by third parties, they will receive the standard Web server
log information.
IStraFX may use cookies, depending on a user's preference,
to improve the functionality of the Web site, and to enhance
the member experience. The non-member IStraFX cookies a)
identify your Internet browser, not you as an individual,
and b) track your session on the site and expire when you
close your browser. If your browser does not have a cookie
from IStraFX, one will be served to you when you first visit
our site and will identify your browser as a new visitor. If
you already have a cookie from us, we identify your browser
as a repeat visitor. IStraFX will only use cookies to
remember the usernames of visitors, who decide to become
IStraFX members and who chooses to let their browser save
cookies. The IStraFX cookies do not collect any personal
information, and expire either after 180 days or when you
close your browser.
Most Internet browsers can be set to notify you when a
cookie is being placed on your computer. You can refuse to
accept cookies, and you can erase cookies that are already

For IStraFX Members:
The foregoing information applies to you. Additionally,
IStraFX will not sell your name or email, or share them with
unaffiliated third parties. Though IStraFX may share
aggregate demographic and other general information with its
advertisers and partners, it will never include data
identifying you personally.
IStraFX will not disclose any information to unaffiliated
third parties that could identify you personally, except
when we have your permission to do so. However, under
certain circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith
that we are required to do so by law, your information may
be disclosed. IStraFX may disclose your personal information
when we believe that its disclosure is necessary to
identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who
may be in violation of the Member Agreement or may be
injuring, infringing or interfering with IStraFX's rights or
property, or those of other members or securities being
discussed, whether this interference, infringement or injury
is deliberate or unintentional.
Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the
secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information.
